200t double beam overhead cranes

200t double beam overhead crane is characterized by more reasonable structure and higher strength steel as a whole ,usd together with a capacity of 50T-480T,the span is 10.5m-31.5m. working grade is A5-A6.

This product is widely used in plants,warehouse,material stocks to lift goods,it is prohibited to used the equipment in the combustible,explosive or corrosives environment.

(1)Structural features

1.double beam bridge crane

the trolley with hoisting and traveling mechanism moves on the crane span structure, its metal structure is box-type double beam

b .According to the grabbing device, the double girder crane may include hanger, grab bucket, electromagnetism and multipurpose bridge crane

c. It is widely used in material handling station with frequent work such as mines, factories, dock and warehouse

d. it is divided into 2 working grades of A5 and A6 according to operating frequency.

2. single beam bridge crane

a. electric hoist or manual-operation monorail trolley move at the bottom flange of joist steel

b. be widely used in workshop, warehouse to handle material

c. the manual-operation single beam bridge crane is used on occasion without power supply or electricity utilization allowable

d. cooperating with motor grab or monorail grab, it can be used as bulk handling equipment

e. bridge crane can be operated on floor or in cab. and remote operating is available as special requirement.

(2) frequently-used bridge crane

1. Hanger bridge crane is suitable for workshop or warehouse to process, repair and assemble machine

2. Bridge crane with grab bucket is used in warehouse, stockyard and workshop

3. Magnetism bridge crane is used to lift and transport metal material with magnetoconductivity

QD model hanger bridge crane mainly consists of bridge , trolley travelling mechanism, crab and electrical appliances, and is divided into 2 working grades of A5 and A6 according to the use frequency. And this crane operation is completed in driver’s chamber.

All the cranes are equipped with overload protection device, Top quality long time bearing polyurethane materials buffer, Crane traveling limit switch, Voltage lower protection function, Emergency stop system and so on.

All operations are controlled by central control system.
