1.General Instruction:

IDEAL ice flaker is widely used in food processing industry, after the food have been finished high-temperature sterilization, it’s needed the ice water mixture to cool rapidly to avoid bacterial breeding and keep the product original taste in the process of producing sausage rubbing and rolling, as a result of high-speed rotation of the roll barrels and ingredients rubbing and friction generated heat which contributed to the breeding of germs and changed the color and texture, but will also cause skim (fat melting ) to enable the production of excessive bacterla sausage, dim color, texture hard, and greasy. When the piece of ice was mixed ingredients in the sausage will be given the rapid cooling and the desired concentration, to maintain the color and texture fresh and improve health standards.
