Description.

Continuous compression moulding hydraulic press for plastic cap manufacturing.

Working process

1. Extrusion of dry-blend granulated compounds (Plastic raw material i.e. HDPE, PP)

2. Metering, pelletting an insertion into the mould cavities

3. Mould it into the final shape.

Highlight

Energy saving: The process occurs at a lower temperature: lower energy requirement to heat up plastic raw material. Consequently lower cooling energy requirement. Total used energy is reduce to approximately 50% compare to the injection moulding machine.

No Sprue:Because here is no sprue, as a result,

1. No raw plastic material wasted.

2. No gate on the product cap. this make your logo printing on the cap easier
